Terms of Use
यह page StableDesk साइट use करने की conditions बताता है। साइट access करने पर आप इन terms से agreed माने जाते हैं।
1 · साइट का scope
StableDesk · स्टेबलकॉइन डेस्क (vsccex.com) एक स्वतंत्र information website है, जो stablecoin (USDT, USDC, DAI, FDUSD, TUSD, PYUSD आदि) पर educational content publish करती है। साइट कोई exchange नहीं है, कोई trading platform नहीं है, कोई wallet service नहीं है। साइट सिर्फ public information और संपादक टीम के test results share करती है।
2 · Content का scope
साइट का content general information के लिए है, यह आपकी personal financial situation पर tailored advice नहीं। साइट पर लिखी कोई बात — चाहे वो yield comparison हो, fee breakdown हो, या risk rating हो — आपके लिए "खरीदो" या "बेचो" का recommendation नहीं। हर investment decision आपकी अपनी जिम्मेदारी है।
Crypto market 24/7 चलता है और prices/conditions change होते रहते हैं। साइट हर data point को real-time update करने का दावा नहीं करती। हर article में publication date है, और updates corrections page पर logged होते हैं।
3 · Copyright
साइट पर सारा original content (article text, design, layout, संपादक टीम के test screenshots) StableDesk का copyright है। Personal study के लिए reading allowed है, share करने के लिए link allowed है। Commercial use, content का wholesale copy, content reposting (बिना permission) allowed नहीं।
Third-party brand names (Binance, Tether, Circle, MakerDAO आदि) उनके respective owners के trademark हैं। Detail के लिए disclaimer देखें।
4 · User behaviour
साइट use करते वक़्त आप ये करने से बचेंगे:
- Automated tool (scraper, bot) से साइट को mass-scrape करना;
- साइट के content को paraphrase कर के अपना content claim करना;
- साइट के URL को manipulate कर के unauthorized resource access करने की कोशिश;
- साइट पर harmful content (malware, phishing link) inject करने की कोशिश;
- साइट के Binance affiliate link को tamper कर के किसी और के benefit के लिए use करना।
5 · Third-party link
साइट पर बहुत से third-party links हैं — exchange (Binance, CoinDCX), data tracker (DeFiLlama, Etherscan), regulator (RBI, FIU-IND, SEC, MiCA) etc। ये links पाठक की convenience के लिए हैं। साइट इन third parties के content, accuracy, security, policy के लिए responsible नहीं। External page open करने से पहले उसकी अपनी terms और privacy policy check करें।
6 · Service availability
साइट को high availability के लिए design किया गया है पर 100% uptime guarantee नहीं। Maintenance, server issue, या third-party dependency outage के कारण साइट temporary unavailable हो सकती है। ऐसी situation में कोई compensation नहीं।
7 · Liability limitation
"जैसा है वैसा" basis पर साइट provide की जाती है, कोई explicit या implicit warranty नहीं। साइट किसी direct, indirect, special, consequential damages के लिए liable नहीं — चाहे वो data accuracy, decision-making, financial loss, या third-party link पर depend करने से उत्पन्न हो। Applicable law के तहत अगर liability cap लागू होती है तो वो साइट के accumulated promotional revenue (आपके specific case पर) से ज़्यादा नहीं होगी।
8 · Modification
Terms को साइट कभी भी update कर सकती है। Major changes का summary corrections page पर लिखा जाएगा। Updates के बाद साइट use continue करना new terms पर agreement माना जाएगा।
9 · Dispute resolution
साइट और user के बीच कोई dispute हो तो पहले email ([email protected]) के through resolution try करेंगे। अगर resolution नहीं हो पाता और formal legal action जरूरी है तो jurisdiction और governing law साइट के operating entity की primary registration location पर base होगा। Indian users के case में, applicable Indian consumer protection law से consistent।
