1 · स्वतंत्र third-party साइट
StableDesk · स्टेबलकॉइन डेस्क (domain: vsccex.com, आगे "साइट") एक स्वतंत्र third-party information साइट है, Binance, Tether, Circle, MakerDAO, TrueUSD, Paxos, First Digital Labs जैसे किसी भी stablecoin issuer या exchange का official site नहीं। साइट इन में से किसी company की equity नहीं रखती, इनके साथ कोई employment relation नहीं है, इनकी तरफ से statement नहीं देती।
साइट पर जितने भी review, comparison, operational guide हैं वो public disclosure + संपादक टीम के अपने पैसे से किए गए test पर base हैं, ऊपर बताए company की official position नहीं।

साइट इन names को सिर्फ articles में उस product/company/protocol को refer करने के लिए use करती है — यह nominative fair use है, trademark infringement नहीं। Trademark holder को साइट के content पर objection हो तो [email protected] पर email करें, 7 working days के अंदर response देंगे।
3 · Binance Affiliate Relation · पूरा disclosure
यह साइट Binance Affiliate Partner है, invite code: BN16188।
इसका मतलब:
- आप साइट के किसी भी Binance link (जैसे accounts.binance.com/register?ref=BN16188) से Binance account register करते हैं तो आप पर कोई extra fee नहीं। आपकी trading fee उन users की तरह ही होगी जिन्होंने direct register किया।
- साइट को Binance से promotional service fee मिलती है। यह fee Binance अपने marketing budget से देता है, इसका मतलब है कि साइट के operating cost (server, font license, design tools) इसी से चलते हैं।
- साइट इस आर्थिक संबंध के कारण Binance के content को balance तरह से लिखती है — known risks (token listing decisions, regional restriction history) के बारे में open रहती है।
भारत के context में अलग से: Binance ने अगस्त 2024 में FIU-IND के साथ register किया है, जिसके बाद Indian users के लिए KYC compliant access reopen हुआ। Indian users की tax responsibility उनके खुद की है — 30% gain tax और 1% TDS दोनों applicable हैं, चाहे exchange Indian हो या offshore। साइट पर इस तरह की कोई "tax bachao" tip नहीं है क्योंकि वो illegal होगी।
* "20% off / fee छूट" wording के बारे में: साइट के top disclosure bar और Binance CTA पर "20% off*" लिखा है। यह 20% fee rebate Binance Affiliate Program ने अपने current rules के तहत set किया है — यह StableDesk का promise नहीं है, और permanent भी नहीं है। यह rebate Binance के rules पर depend करता है · सब order types, market type या fee tier पर equal नहीं — कुछ promotional, institutional या VIP fee structures अलग behave कर सकते हैं। Binance अपनी policy के हिसाब से इस rebate की rate, scope या eligibility कभी भी change कर सकता है · हम इसे control नहीं करते और कोई specific figure future में guarantee नहीं कर सकते। यही disclosure साइट के हर page के top पर, main nav में, और हर Binance CTA के अंदर visible है — कहीं भी छुपाया नहीं है। Actual rebate जो आपके account पर apply होगा वो Binance के official pages पर registration / trading time पर जो दिखे वही final है। Current figure verify करना हो तो sign-up flow में fee structure page देखें या Binance support से confirm कर लें।
4 · Investment risk warning
Cryptocurrency और stablecoin बहुत volatile assets हैं। आप अपनी पूंजी का significant हिस्सा या पूरी पूंजी खो सकते हैं। साइट का कोई content investment advice नहीं है। हर stablecoin का अपना risk है — counterparty risk (issuer का solvent रहना), regulatory risk (कानूनी status बदल सकता है), depeg risk (1 dollar के peg से नीचे गिर सकता है)।
भारत में Reserve Bank of India ने multiple occasions पर crypto के बारे में investor warning दी है (2013, 2017, 2018, 2022)। SEBI ने भी investor caution issue किया है। आप अपनी risk tolerance और financial situation समझ कर decide करें। बड़ा decision करने से पहले SEBI-registered advisor या qualified CA से consult करें।
5 · Tax responsibility (Indian readers)
Indian residents के लिए, Finance Act 2022 के तहत:
- 30% tax · crypto-to-crypto sale पर gain पर (कोई loss offset नहीं, कोई indexation नहीं);
- 1% TDS · 1 July 2022 से हर sell transaction पर (कुछ threshold थी initial में, अब broadly सब पर लागू);
- Income tax slab · gift या airdrop पर अलग;
- Stablecoin transaction भी इसी bucket में — USDT, USDC को tax-free नहीं मान सकते।
साइट कोई tax advisory नहीं देती। Calculation और return filing के लिए qualified CA से consult करें।
6 · Data validity
साइट पर हर article में date है। Reserve report, regulation, fee, yield — सब समय के साथ बदलते हैं। हम monthly basis पर major article review करते हैं, पर हर hour update नहीं कर सकते। जो भी data साइट पर लिखा है उसको आप exchange के official page, blockchain explorer, या RBI/SEBI notification से confirm करें।
7 · Liability limit
"जैसा है वैसा" (as-is) basis पर content provide किया जाता है। साइट किसी भी direct, indirect, special, consequential damages के लिए responsible नहीं (data accuracy, operational decision, financial loss, या third-party link पर depend करके लिए गए action included)।
