Terms of use
By reading vsccex.com you agree to the terms below. The language is deliberately short and concrete; if anything is unclear, email [email protected].
1 · Audience
The site is written for adult readers (18 plus) who are doing their own research on stablecoins, exchange operations and cross-border payment use cases. The content is general information about how the market works. It is not personalised advice and does not know your jurisdiction, your portfolio size or your tax position.
If your local law restricts retail access to crypto information or services, follow that law. The site does not invite, market to, or solicit users in jurisdictions where reading or acting on this material would be illegal.
2 · What we publish
StableDesk publishes:
- Comparative reports on USDT, USDC, DAI, FDUSD, PYUSD, TUSD and similar fiat-referenced or crypto-collateralised tokens.
- Editor-run transaction tests across major chains (Ethereum, Tron, Solana, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base).
- Annotated readings of reserve attestations, regulator releases and court filings.
- A glossary, an editorial policy, a corrections log and this set of legal pages.
We do not publish: price calls, signal services, paid courses, members-only Telegrams, "100x" promotions or anonymous insider tips. Anything that smells like one of those is not StableDesk.
3 · Intellectual property
Original material — article text, tables, comparison charts, illustrations, code snippets — belongs to StableDesk. You may:
- Read, link, share and quote short passages for personal or journalistic use, with a link back to the source article.
- Translate short excerpts for non-commercial use with the same attribution.
You may not:
- Republish whole articles on another site, in a newsletter, in a course package or in an AI training corpus without written permission.
- Strip out the date, author or corrections link from quoted passages.
- Pass the writing off as your own.
4 · Third-party brands
References to Binance, Tether, USDT, Circle, USDC, MakerDAO, DAI, First Digital Trust, FDUSD, Paxos, PayPal, PYUSD, Techteryx, TUSD and similar names appear under nominative fair use. The corresponding trademarks belong to their respective owners. The site is not the official channel of any of those companies. See the disclaimer for the full trademark list.
5 · Prohibited uses of the site
Do not:
- Scrape the site at a volume that interferes with normal browsing (the editorial server is not your data lake).
- Train a commercial model on the full corpus without a written licence.
- Use the StableDesk name, logo or any author name to impersonate the desk on social platforms.
- Inject the referral code
BN16188into your own marketing while implying StableDesk endorses you.
6 · Affiliate links
The site carries a Binance referral relationship. Links into Binance are marked rel="sponsored noopener noreferrer" target="_blank". The full disclosure sits on the disclaimer page.
7 · No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We try hard for accuracy, run the test transactions ourselves and publish corrections when we are wrong, but we cannot warrant that every number is correct at the moment you read it. Markets, fees and regulations move. Confirm any actionable figure against the primary source before you act.
8 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by your local law, StableDesk and its editorial team are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, tax positions, regulatory consequences or third-party damages that follow from your reading of the site. Decisions about your money are yours.
Statutory rights that cannot be limited by contract (for example certain consumer rights under EU or UK law) are not affected by this clause.
9 · Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the editorial practice or applicable rules change. Material changes are noted on the corrections page with the date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
10 · Applicable law and contact
StableDesk does not claim exclusive jurisdiction over generic content disputes. Where a reader has rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA / CPRA (California), the Hong Kong PDPO or comparable local privacy and consumer laws, those rights apply and the desk responds to lawful requests under each framework. Contact [email protected].
